Trying to work out that picture. Looks like a gentlemen's club or dining room with that row of plush leather dining chairs and another table next to them and an arrangement of photos like a gallery in the alcove. Why is she standing there with a raincoat that implies that she arrived dressed that way? It's more like she's the evening's entertainment for people who haven't arrived yet. So how that for an explanation?   "Men need to hunt. She obviously understands this. She’s offering herself as prey. Not easy prey. But willing.”

Variety is the spice of life, saying goodbye to something is a way of moving on to new and interesting things

Depends on the person you're saying goodbye to and the relationship you had with them. For me the original post would ring true if it was someone who has passed on. But with others it may be some you never want to see again anyway, some may be at another time it could have worked, but this time it just wan't right, and some you may have known it was never going to work for a longer period, but it was one hell of a ride while it did.

The most painful goodbye is when you know you will never see or speak to them again.
