I read somewhere that when women talk, & men listen, then if they identify a problem they feel a need to offer a solution. Mostly women don't want a solution, they just want to be listened to. I try to remember that & not jump in when I feel the need to offer a solution.

All pieces are part of the grand design, like parts of a puzzle that when viewed in total present a picture. Of course, she has to be willing to share ALL the little parts that make up the whole, or the picture is flawed and incomplete.
