The Promise Is Enough The shudder, when I touch you. Never mind that you chose this, that you wrapped your own ankles with leather and allowed me to fasten them to steel. Never mind that, you know what is possible. You have felt the lashes and caresses, and for a second, for that first touch, You are not certain which will come. You shudder, then relax as my fingers slither across your skin, callouses against silk, Your nipples grow stone hard before they are touched, Your breath grows shallow and fast even before I probe you. A drop of wetness slips down your legs. The promise is enough. Tonight, is not about pain, though pain there may be. It is not about mere touch or penetration, though both are on the menu. It is about trust.
