What sayer waits the immortals.

That which is harmful but tastes good. Like a burned steak with a teasing topping of mushrooms in gravy. Yes the chemical laden fungus that temps by it's sweetness and succulence. Be wary lest you fall prey to its deceitfulness under a full moon! The immortals scorned such foolish things as homes for the fickle and fiendish creatures that inhabit the night garden for they do not posses any feelings at all. Their wickedness is in the way they sneak and crawl. Underfoot I say! Let them be rooted out by hogs! Let them suffer under the daylight sun that they have no need of. Now be off with you, your pagan curses. Your charms and bracelets. Be off with you! You who glides your boat through the misty lake, for isn't this where your treasure awaits? With lines and baits? To feel free, high on omega three, and search for the fruit that hangs off the tree. That's where you really wanna be!

Animals and humans eat seeds all the time that pass through our digestive system and sprout later. Some plants even require a digestive juice to enable the seed to open. You scarify certain seeds to get them to germinate. You need to study more botany, biology and physiology, before suggesting diets. Food for thought.

No doubt the right diet for achieving life longevity has been discussed around the pizza oven for over 2,000 years. Olives are one thing that is not disputed as being of great value here. Early pizza was a whole grained spicy flat bread. Probably the bread was dipped in olive oil and was consumed with sardines/anchovies and a little beer or wine under a cloudless Mediterranean sky. For aesthetics and vitamin D. We also need hills to climb and good social stimulation. I guess though a carb free diet would appeal to those wanting to lose weight. I think the Keto diet is worth a shot. Thanks for your input !
