Connections... (A poll without the poll options!) Comments follow |

So in my profile I make a big deal about the importance of those "connections!" To me, it's all down to compatibility... Some things are obvious... A love of similar musical genres or the same groups, ditto tv shows, and literature/books. Sometimes tho we need to be a tad more spiritual about these things and a similar state of mind is just as important as wanting to binge-watch the entire 5 seasons of Breaking Bad, or sit thru the final awful episodes of Game of Thrones. Maybe the latest Alice Cooper concert tour is available on blu ray... So we observe each other, seeing how each reacts and interacts in a given situation... Are we quick to anger? Does she get my sense of humour? Bloody hell, I would have handled that differently! In my profile I list quite a few random items that I like and also a few quotations that show broadly how I view myself as a person in the (evidently vain) hope that this may stir some longing or interest in a fellow kinkster who resides closer than an eight hour plane flight. So, what sort of factors are important to you in finding your soulmate, your "one," or maybe just a wonderfully compatible "friend with (or without) benefits!" I was going to list these factors/characteristics in a typical 1 to 10 selection process but I got to 10 different factors without really giving it too much thought, so I shall merely ask for your comments please, as God knows how many factors I would have finished with in my list!

To start the ball rolling the most important factors for me would be music and a strong/feisty (but not O.T.T.) personality!

I just look for someone I'm perfectly comfortable being precisely Myself with.. not one for 'the best foot forward' choriography.. it's usually a facade, I'd much prefer that worst foot.. see what I'm really waking up with lol
