Personally I like it all lol. Historically plastic wrap has been my favorite but lately have enjoyed locks and chains 1. Time release with ice You can use locks and freeze the key(s) inside ice. When it melts, you're free. To keep the ice out of reach, you can hang it from some place you can't reach with a piece of string. Caution: the key might bounce and end up somewhere out of reach. You can also make a loop with the two ends of a short length of rope frozen inside an ice block. Use this loop to restrain you. When the ice melts, it opens. 2. Time release with a kitchen timer: use locks with a secret. When the timer turns a bedside table light on, you can see the digits. Caution: only do this at night, with windows open, so that, if the timer fails, sunlight will let you see in the morning. 3. Place the keys at various places in your house, far from where you'll start. After you close the locks, you'll have to crawl to each key. Caution: don't do a hogtie.
