the beautiful sound of a quiet mind

Recently I have felt like my mind has been going in every direction constantly. Always thinking, reacting, deciding things. There has been no quiet, not even when in slumber. And then today I came across some beautiful words that I had never seen. So I did what any resourceful girl would do and I googled the words. It is a poem that was also put to music. It is classical music, so I listened and was immediately reminded how soothing classical music is. It calms me and creates a serenity that i have been missing. I do not know if anyone else feels this way but I do.
