Downloading the home page - alt, you're becoming very trying. Is anyone else having this problem? Trying to open the home page on a mobile device, on logging in, I have no problems with the mobile site, but as I tap on the full site link the page fails to completely load. Of what is there, the links don't work, and trying them causes everything to freeze. The mobile site has no access to the blogs, so is therefore restrictive to my usual use of the site. This issue has been around for about 3 days, and on informing alt via help, the usual "we're into it. If only that was the only problem..... I looked at the page for a newbie and she had three pages of friends. Took one at random and peeked at the profile. Mentioned it to the newbie. All friends disappeared and the one I had looked at had her profile unavailable! And I pay for this?

Yes, i had difficulties too, with logging in, on my phone.... what can i say, what can wé do? When even the paying members have the same, or worst problems with this site? It is alt...thats all. When i find it really necesarry to log in, i use my laptop... and hold my breath, keep my fingers crossed, and pray the site works....

I'm on a laptop and my home page freezes. I'm unable to go anywhere else on the site until it 'thaws' out, for lack of a better term. It's a royal pain in the ass! Make Women Female Again

That has been broken for weeks now. The only way I can use the phone is log in and then scroll all the way to the bottom and hit the use full version. The PC version will open up. It is small so I spend more time enlarging so I can see emails and such but it is a work around, Hope it helps.

Hi, yes getting the same problem on my laptop with the full site, had to try to access three times before it loaded today. Finally got on but still flaky and prone to crashng. ALT we deserve better!!

Yeah, I'm getting the exact same on my desktop. At least it seems the problems are on their server, not my computer. It takes about 3 tries to unfreeze for me.

Tastetester this fucking mob has NO idea of what it takes to up the dollar return on investment. People would flock back to this place in their droves IF Alt did the right thing and fixed shit and started eliminating or minimising the amount of Pretenders and Fakes/Scammers on this place. BUT they think it's either all too hard or impossible, or they just couldn't be fucked in giving good customer service and value for money. This mob inherited the problems from the previous owners, and I thought that they might decide to fix things, but NO the leopard has NOT changed it's spots. This is the second time I posted this. The first time it was rejected.
