Dragons tongue, Pt lX a romance novel.

Shona got to work with the shovel while Bree watched on as she collected some bait not all that interested in Shona's "treasure" as she thought it was probably nothing, maybe a discarded piece off a boat. Shona found it quite difficult to dig as the ground became more compact the deeper she went, and after going down about a foot decided that there was nothing there at all. Bree had cast a line out from the beach into a promising looking spot and was intent on having fish for dinner when Shona called her over, so she rested the rod in a fork of driftwood she stuck in the sand and came over. Shona told Bree it had been a waste of time as there was obviously nothing there. Bree picked up the metal detector and put the coil down into the hole and it screamed out its tone louder than ever. "Looks like you're close to it now." she said. " You just to put your back into it!" Then Bree noticed her rod tip flicking and hastily returned to it, picking it up quick to set the hook. Instantly she felt the weight of the fish and line shot off the reel as the fish leaped clean out of the water. Now suddenly excited, Bree felt the adrenaline run through her as she fought the fish finally dragging it up onto the beach panting. "WOW" Shona exclaimed, pausing from her digging to applaud Bree with a clap of her hands. Then coming over to look at the fish flopping on the sand.
