"Brainwashed!"

The '60's were relatively liberal times. You drank from a bottle as you drove, a coke or something stronger, no one gave a sh&t.
Roads were quiet and no get rich prospects to make a buck. Girls were a lot thinner and Elvis made movies. Smoking too, lots of it !!!!

Imagine my surprise when I found out that my opinion actually mattered!

What I mean by brainwashed is that something proliferated that stopped us breeding. A city was told there'd be no grand children. Life now hard and expensive , the streets now full of aimless souls. Was the '60's where it started to go wrong?

Good post. All the freedom gained in the 1960's is gone. Everybody protested long hair on guys. But they grew it long just the same. Things getting banned happened a long time ago. Once we hit the 1970's that's when it started. Think about it. The establishment hated long hair. The moment we hit the 1970's the establishment was starting to grow their hair longer. Freedom did not work. The establishment assimilated it. And now it is a mess. You have to be careful what you say and do every minute of the day? Screw that. Watch WUSA with Paul Newman and you will see what I mean.

We're all guilty, even if we don't admit it.

I'll have a look at WUSA thankyou Ryder. I like that Newman/Redford film on horse along the river. Brought out the rebel in me. Cassidy and Sundance
