Yes absolutely right Jen, used ot be a good site many years ago had fair access to free members but this lot just want to get money of everyone. I suppose you could say its fair if they gave a decent service once you pay, but they dont. I stopped my paid account for that reason it was still poor service and kept failing like it does today.

 Alt is all about money and nothing else I'm afraid. I have given up with them I do what I can here but mostly it causes frustration.

 i use to be a gold member but when i switched off the auto renewal they kept switching it back on,i would rejoin if there weren't so many scam accounts
