Why i hate walmart..omg today's experience I will preface this by saying yes..walmart is a complete shit show that literally borders on white trash banging their own sisters.. That is how much they've gone downhill. But today takes the cake. I walked into the auto dept of the store...the car bays were open with no cars inside. I approached the counter and the associate behind the register was trying to do a warrenty battery exchange for a customer. He cant because he needs a manager override of the register.. Fine so far. Im second in Line and the manager lana comes pissy as fuck. Before the customers she starts telling the tale of how the auto section of walmart got in trouble yesterday. Something about an associate aggreeing to service a limo and then letting the Elderly customers wait 30 minutes before telling them that they cant service them...its against walmart policy to service fleet vehicles. Then lana says something about it begin cold and she wants shut the doors the services bays To hold a meeting? Huh? Im a customer in Line waiting....and she is just gonna close shop ...for a meeting with her employees? 2 of which are awol..and she thinks they may be in the fitting room of the store? She pages them over the intercom..multiple times Yet Lana never once ask how can she help me..the customer ( fuck lana) So far so bad.. Then the cashier finally waits on me..i simply ask the cashier to see if the store has stock on a battery and the .. He shrugs his shoulders...tells me it might be like a hundred and has no clue what his inventory is. He informs me that walmart doesnt keep an inventory on the batteries. Huh?.. Meanwhile the manager is standing right there...but she doesnt give a shit because she just want to have her meeting. I said this is absolutely ridiculous..walmart has to have inventory of the autoparts section. I asked if they could see if another walmarts had stock on that battery. Which would avoid me wasting time and gas just trying To get a battery The manager then tells Me they just got their battery shipment in but cant tell me what they have..??? The cashier says if i have all these bright ideas ( like a manager having access the inventory), then maybe i ( the customer should be running the store). Then he goes on a rant about politics? I said this is retarded...you have to have a record of your inventory..like say your tires... I was told..well some of them by the cashier And the manager looks me in the eye and she tells me i have to LEAVE the store..( not asked..told ) I then asked for her and the of the regional office. Manager. She told her but scribbled half a on a sheet of paper...huh? She never gave the regional managers that i requested The manager then took a price gun..scaned the price lable.and showed Me the gun said they had no inventory...huh? She then tells once again i have .LEAVE the store I told her im going up front and talking with the store's director about this. Then some asshat stepped in?,...he told me to . LEAVE...HE SAY I HAVE TO GO( like he was some white knight).. I asked if he was a walmart employee...i thought he was the tire guy...he was a customer. Your BOY told this asshat he better step the fuck off ..Meaning to non americans ...shut the fuck up and stay out of my business or else. And ofcourse he said the to me... I told him to fuck off and left. I went to the front and had an associate Page the store director.. He was off duty today.( ofcourse) and i waited 25 minutes to talk with a member of management.. That surprise.surprise .turned be the manager from the back..lana So that wasnt gonna happen. Finally this low level management guy( dj) shows up and i tell him all of this..how rude this woman was..how rude the cashier was..how she aired walmarts dirty laundry in public.. How she stood back and claimed they had no way to Lookup inventory.. And then did it on a price gun..and how she was more concerned about a meeting than waiting on actual customers. How she told me to LEAVE the store ( which legally means im trespassing even being back in the store to talk with management).. i had to ask Low level manager ..DJ if it was even okay for me to shop in the store. Legally i could have been arrested. Ironically dj whips his iphone and shows customers can check the stock of the stores on their website...there is a battery at another walmart And lana the manager in the back can't??? ( fuck lana) To further fuel thing i phoned customer service at WALMART. Com.and lodged a complaint..i was afraid if i didnt then a store director could always just sweep this the rug.. Alot of times the managers are all buddies.. I asked if MY complaint could be sent TO the regional manager.. I was told by customer service..ohhhhhhh hellll no....the store director gets the first..and ONLY response.. a complaint..any complaints go into his box FIRST. We cant it a regional manager So i know i will get the shitty manager bs apology over the That he is "sorry", the behavior doesnt follow walmarts policy and he will have a talk with her...and complaint will end up in the file known as the trash bin. Walmart is an understaffed fuck hole...fuck lana |

Over here ( UK ) Walmart took over a big supermarket called Asda which had been, at one time, a co-operative founded by farmers from Yorkshire with a good reputation for treating their staff well ! Recently Walmart sacked dozens of staff because they refused to sign a new contract which basically gave them less security for less money & a higher demand on their work !!!! I WAS one of their customers, no longer !!!! The orange one's ethics have crossed the pond !!!! Lol !!
