Daylight..an odd netflix orig..part ferris buhler/ part zombieland

If your looking for something to binge watch this weekend you might wanna try " daylight".

The premise is simple..the usa got nuked and all the adults died...well most of the adults..the rest became these zombie sorta chatacters..funny how that isnt a biggie?

So your left with highschool cliques of teens now divided into tribes in their own region...you have the 4 h club, the jocks,the nerds, etc..

And then you insert a ferris buhler character as the lead..

Sure it's a " filler".. netflix threw some cash at some dude to crank out some programming....so it isn't super polished.

BUT.. it's the type of show where they probably paid the extras in beer and pizza..

A show where a first time writer,actor,producer,etc..got to spread their wings.

I compared it to " zombieland"... but it's not pended in like that movie...no going from point a to point b.

They are free to craft whatever scenario they want...as long as it stays within the beer pong budget...

So in a way its sorta like doctor who..limited budget..yet is watchable because the creators gave a shit.

 Not only a "Ferris Bueller character is the lead", but it also has the original Ferris Bueller (Matthew Broderick) in it as the school Principal.
