The new youtube scam

I thought id write about the new youtube hussle.

Apparently the worst thing a channel can get is a strike for using copywrited content...

So this asian firm decided they would complaints to youtube on random members....claiming said youtuber used their copywrited material without permission.

So dopey youtube automatically assigns the strike..

Then this asian firm sends you a notice that they will remove the strike if you buy a licensing package for 0 bucks.

And despite the amount of youtubers receiving the bs claims/ form letter...youtube refuses to do anything..

Youtube really reminds me of napster or even ebay...they stick their heads in the sand and act like there is no criminal activity going on in their site.

The only way to make youtube change is to out them and make others aware that this is a scam going on.

So if you have a channel be aware...challenge youtube and make them investigate the claim..

 Lots of dishonest ploys to take money on the internet. Likely quite a few fake profiles on alt just looking at how they form their sentences. Bogus for sure.
