Your thoughts of female violence towards x,y,x..is it empowering

I ask this question due the harley quinn/ birds of prey movie.

And i'll preface this by saying that i dont have a problem with say xena or wonder woman beating a bunch of henchmen.

But unshown in any of the trailers the movie beefed up the violence.. a hard r rating. There are scenes of slashing a and another where a guy's eardrum gets " poked". Etc.

The earliest reviewers quickly excuse the movies' violence. They say men have been shooting another in movies...so what' the biggie.
They brushed off the overt violence towards men and labeled it as " kick ass" and empowering.

Let me rephrase that..we are not talking about a woman punching a guy out...but rather slashing on a guy.

I think the differences between men and women is this.

I can watch a batman movie and not feel empowered...

Batman is batman..he is the kicking ass.

Im not batman..im just a guy sitting on couch.

Yet every strong character.movie..including little women..has be about empowerment..

Women tend see a character as a representation of themselves.

So are you cool with women doing increased violence towards men...is this empowering to you

They're all pathetic, like cartoons. Even Deadpool sucked. There is no basis only fiction and hypothetical dramatists. All have the same bitch attitude aside from story lines sucking. Go save a child, an animal, let the rich eat themselves.

I watch movies for enjoyment. I do not watch them to empower myself. Although my two favorite movies are Casino and Goodfellows so that might tell you my mindset. Smiles L
