How do you change a society that is racist Alot of people think you can just change a society by putting a black square or a hastag or protesting...or donating money some group. Or voting...really? .you do realise alot of local government is democrat right? I live in kc..we have districts that are predominantly black... We have a black mayor,black city council people, we had a black head of police until he retired 2 yrs ago. You'd think with all this blackleadership there would be moving mountains and an instant change for these black sections of the city..yet it stays the same You might think kc is fucking racist...we pour a ton of money into various sections of the " white" city..but not the urban core.. Ask the black mayor.. Why? Cause pouring tons of money into the urban core doesnt yield change...kc tried this twice already and lost a shit load of tax payer dollars. Did you hear that white people?? Throwing money at a problem, voting for a dem when the dems control various cities for years..yes im talking to you snoop dog.. Or putting up snarky anti trump tweets and hastags does nothing to actually change society. People literally want the government to step in and just give people great paying jobs,give them housing,pour billions into the local public schools. As nancy Pelosi said after signing yet another trillion dollar stimulus package..people actually luv big government. But to make change you need to make change. The easist way to break the cycle of poverty is.. 1. Dont have 2. Dont commit crimes.. Nothing will seal your fate economically like having you cant afford and going to jail. Yet noone has the balls to teach<b> black women </font></b>the facts...you will earn more and advance more in the company the longer you delay having . Having a as a single mom will lower you into the poverty level. Its the easist way to ruin your life( financially) Noone has the balls to tell black to stop playing sports...there are other ways of getting a schlorship.. Hell on the netflix show the 9 yr olds were on the club football team and the schools football team at the same time...when did these boys even have time to study or do homework? All it seemed like was school,football,practices and sleep. What good is a college scholarship if you didnt have a solid educational background.. You end up with like a middle school education. And like the netflix show..last chance u..if you dont keep the grades and get kicked off the team.. Then what..not alot of call for a dude that can run a 4.4 in the real world. Not alot of need for football players. Where the fuck happened to fathers in the black community.. seems like alot of single parent homes...no dad needed. Why? Im assuming alot of this has to do with the government..its easier for her to get on certain programs if there is no father in the picture. Yet noone calls these guys deadbeat dads... They are the baby daddy. Alot of these guys are allowed to skate financially. No jail time for not paying support Weed...no im not knocking Weed..but im 51..have a steady job.. You have smoking and selling it in middle school. Its easy money, they get caught and then just go to juvie. They join gangs,end up in prison. Did i mention 10 yr olds using drug? It not a gateway drug..but it is the start down the criminal pathway If your gonna try to make change in the black communities then you better be ready to put your boots on. There are issues that need to be addressed that won't be politically correct..and off the table for most politicans. Everything from sex to drugs to family structures to actually going to school. Finally schools ..if you let any just slide their way through school... Then they are forever lost. Way too much of just pushing from one grade to the next. Yet noone wants to hold schools accountable...esp white people.. White principals are scared shitless that a black student will say they are racist.. So the principal turns a blind eye. Hell i saw it for myself.. Ive been to the middle schools as a bus driver..we'd arrive earily and come in to use the bathroom. You'd see black just walking the halls like they owned the place. Now im not racist..the color of the skin didnt matter to me.. but i thought it bad that these in general arent getting an education. My roommates was that way..he didnt wanna do his homework,didnt want to go to school,fucked around as much as possible.. And the school system just passed his ass from one grade to the next...he dropped out of school as a freshman.. And this white probably has the education level of a 5th grader. |

Now some asshat will come on here and say wtf do i know about being black.. Hey im just throwing up suggestions... If all it takes is being black to be an expert on the black communities... Then you'd think those black politicans would have solved the problems in those communities. Yet the dont..wont or cant... So if black official are unable...then are they racist? Or do we need to stop throwing around that click bait term..it does nothing to solve the problems

I know that many may want to tell you what to write, but it's your blog and you can write whatever you want. I grew up going to a school with only 20-25 white people. I was treated with suspicion and contempt, and that was from the faculty. I know what real racism is about, and you're not going to change a community or group at all. People learn racism at home. Disrespect for other people begins at home. I was taught to say yes sir and yes ma'am no matter what color someone was. I thought being called honky meant white boi, and it still doesnt offend me one bit to be called that. I've often been asked on the phone are you white or black cause you sound black to me, and I'll say I'm a honky and we both have a big laugh.
