Im really curious..the us gov gave johnson and johnson billions of dollars to create a vaccine..

And what did the rest of the world contribute?

As an american im really tired of the us footing the bill for the lastest/ best med tech in the world..

Then have the rest of the world gasp when..omg your healthcare is...like so expensive.
Yeah cause you get the same tech a few years later and a fraction of the cost.
Meanwhile we bare the cost of production/ testing/ getting approval

Guess we are left holding the bag once again..

Im not saying we shouldnt share the vaccine..im saying it's about time other countries pitched in..

I call bullshit on your ignorance about how your own health care system is set up. Do some research first.
Oh ya and it's not "ALL HAIL THE FUCKIN' UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", dumb ass. Look at what YOUR country has done to other countries in the name of some sort of BS. So if you think we bow down to you, sorry about YOUR fuckin' luck

Once again you show complete and utter ignorance. So, the USA is the only country in the world sharing biotechnology? I think you will find most first world countries are going hard at it with c-19, and they are ALL SHARING INFO WITH EACH OTHER. Time to get your head out of the sand. The Pfizer product is co-researched with a German company backed by their government. The UK have vaccines in the making. Australia has vaccines in the making. Being first doesn't make it the best, newer vaccines will be more refined. The current ones at this stage can't be used on children, and it is causing allergic reactions in the UK. Do your research.

Not sure I get the point here. Of all the vaccines developed the two "US" vaccines are by far the most expensive, at nearly ten times the cost of the UK vaccine. This has been developed as a non-profit vaccine for the world to benefit humanity, using our government money. I am not sure how that relates to sucking on the teat of US medicine.

Oh, and remember the Chinese gave the genome information away to everyone to kickstart vaccine development and allow huge profits.

The UK is temporarily buying your good old American vaccine at it's high price from Belgium. Maybe you might get it soon.

The word the US government used was invested not "gave away". Invested means they expect to make a profit, doesnt it? It's not a gift.

The current vaccine being rolled out in the UK is the Pfizer/bio-tech (US/German)
one, which the British govenment poured millions into.

We also poured millions into the Modena vaccine, another American vaccine.
And of course we have the British developed Oxford vaccine, again millions
poured in. I think there is a forth vaccine that we have invested in.

I don't think we should get too hung up on the Pfizer/bio-tech vaccine causing
allergic reations. The two British health workers who had a reaction, have a long
history of allergic reactions. They had an anaflactoid reaction, this is not anaflactic
shock, but a lesser reaction. They were injected Tuesday, midday wednesday they
were said to be recovering well.

Why do you think anyone should pay for a vaccine you don't trust? The other day you saud you dont want it? Shouldn't you complain to Trump about wasting your money on something you say is dangerous to take instead of charging huge sums of money to all those inferior countries for substandard american rubbish.
