Like ALOT of people..i made some mistakes trying to lose weight these few months..

I cut out alot of the bad stuff...but i was also trying to really limit my calorie intake.

It's universally accepted that 1 lb of weight is 3,500 cals.
The average man needs like 2,000 to 3,000 cals a day.

Do the math..if you want to lose weight then stop eating so much.

The problem though is your ,metabolism slows the way fuck down when you cut calories.

The solution is to gradually reduce your calories..if your still losing weight..your good..once you cant then make a change..like more cardio or reducing slightly ,more calories..
And hopefully you'll start losing again..

Im eating more now and still maintaining my initial weight loss..down from 217lb to now 195..
Hoping to get below 190 at the end of july.

And im just in okay shape..but not bad for a 52 yr old dude..i call that my old wolverine pic

well done keep it i am 57 and i have lost over 60 pounds in the last 10 months by taking zinc and selenium supplements . they effect the thyroid and increase metabolism.

I think the goal is to still spark the fires...196 is cool.

But im still overweight according to bmi..yet my weight loss stalled.

Some may say your good for a 52 yr old. But am i?

And the mission goes on..i walked/ran 6.5 miles today..

Didnt mean to push that far..but when you go out that far...fuck..you also have to come back..

My feet were barking.
