 There is always that one guy that has to get in the last word..

Even if you ban him for being a pain in the ass.

 Go to your user name in the upper right corner. When you hover over it a drop down will come up. Click on "My Account". Once you get there scroll down. I think it is in the third grouping. "Blocked Member List" Click on that. Then click in the far right column. Go the bottom of the page and click on "Save".
