Cheapest boss in the world See below |

Not sure if my boss is the cheapest or dumbest person in the world..you tell me I work for a small mom and pop operation. We have only 2 big trucks to do deliveries in...1. 5500 diesel 2. 5500 gas truck. For over two ,months i beg and pleaded with the boss to fix the diesel...it has a coolant leak. Hell im the one that found it had a pinhole in the radiator. The boss refused to take it anywhere...he wanted the 15yr old kid he hired to mow the grass/ fix things..to deal with it. The kid just shrugged his shoulders...and never did anything... And i told the boss.. Last week the second truck...the 5500 gas truck started to make a noise.... The boss drove it after i complained and said to keep driving it.. Well it broke down yesterday... And was it towed to a garage??? Nope..he had it towed to our shop where it sits broken. Now the boss is down 2 trucks And i wish i was making this up..... But he actually think pouring that radiator stop leak crap will " fix it"...truck 1 the diesel He wanted me to test drive it last night....i got back and the radiator was peeing out of the pinhole.. And youuuuuuuuuddddddd think he"d suck it up and just take it to a garage.. Nope They want to pour more stop leak in.. Insert face palm emoji Now im not a businessman. But i know you invest money into the parts of the business that make you money...people..your delivery trucks etc. Being able to delivery is the lifeblood of this company.. Having broken trucks makes no sence

cheap and stupid. if you dont invest in your business,,,your business will fail. law of the jungle.
