 First off my bad..i honestly dont shop on amazon and am not used to it's use of 3rd party sellers,etc.
It says it's an amazon product...but then list the actual seller.

Like i said..my bad..but im not an idiot either. I only jump on amazon at like christmas.

And obviously i didnt look hard enough at the method of shipping

They used....usps...like wouldnt a camel be swifter?? Like is this a joke???

Sooooo yeah...im now officially 9 days w/o protein powder..
And got a robo notice via amazon saying they sorry for the lateness.

But i should just wait 4 more fucking days before doing anything...like say wanting my money back..

How isnt this a breech of contract? You said it would be delivered between this date and that..

And if the usps cant keep up....

Then amazon needs to dump them/ bar sellers from using them.

I guess this shit happens alot...to the point where amazon said it wasnt even gonna challenge claims under a certain dollar amount in concerns to it's 3rd party sellers.

Im thinking it's cheaper to pay the claims than it is to face a class action lawsuit.

You cant big tent other sellers and not claim liability or control over how they do business..

Unless your social media..

Or maybe i should say fuck it...return the product on their dime and just go oldschool. Buy my shit from brick and motar stores.

 I know what you mean - I ordered something from a different seller (not Amazon), their initial estimate was that I would receive my items last Tuesday...the tracking info says it is now at a local distribution center (as of about 9:40 AM yesterday), but no update since then. I'd love to get my package today, but I'm not holding my breath. BTW, the shipping company is a firm called "Lasership".

 I've had about a 99% success rate with Amazon and it's sellers. It's the convenience that I like the most.
