It's fun to watch some of the proceeding of the us congress on youtube Ted cruise is a senator that enjoys posting his segments of questions asked to potential federal judges and what not. It's quiet entertaining to see a candidate that fills page afrer page on twitter with out right h....ate... And then comes before congress claiming as a judge he will be impartial if chosen. But this blog isnt about ted. There is a rep from florida ( sorry dont recall his name..maybe davis?)..in a house committee meeting He bluntly asked the ceo of one of the big oil a simple question. Where are we getting alot of our energy from.. The ceo said natural gas...to which states like california are trying to limit with not allowing natural gas appliances to be sold in the state. So the rep then asked if we increase the number of electric cars, buses, trucks in america... Where is that energy coming from? The ceo shrugged his shoulders and said we'd have to go back to burning coal ??? He said..burning coal..like you mean like fucking Ebenezer fucking scrooge time ??? Maybe you've noticed.. some parts of america are not ideal for solar nor wind power.. Hell the sun hasnt come out in a week in kc.. i still cant power up my solar porch light. Ask yourself why the insane push to green energy.. Electric cars/ lithium batteries..hopefully you realise we probably dont have enough resources in america to make all those batteries. Why base your whole country/ economy on this stragedy if you dont have a good clean way to make electricity?? Well as mayor pete/ americas gay dad and yes sec of transportation said.. Well yeah electric cars are expensive... And duh.. The rich will once again get federal subsidizes to buy these rediciously expensive cars.... Funny how the rich get federal money to buy a car. The fed isnt helping me. But gay dad says dont worry about that... Cause...wait for it Once the rich own electric cars...there will be that " trickle down effect"....you know like trickle down economic that the left hates and claims doesnt work. And electric cars will become cheaper for the average joe. But first we have to goose the rich.. Yet this administration has no clue how to power these cars

It's like the senate passing a bill requiring automakers to come up with a device in 5 yrs that will stop people from drunk driving.. Without any fed $$$,guidence, any idea of what this tech looks like or operates.. Like some unicorn is just gonna walk into the ford plant and magically shit this tech. Just to stop a problem that people could stop themselves by drinking at home.. Not to mention this tech will fail and lead to lawsuits and add thousands to the cost of the product

Im just simply saying...your basising your future on tech that isnt affordable and is most likely made in china.. That most likely wont work because.. Well duh you plug a battery in...it creates warmth.. In a cold kc winter.. And im not an engineer but that's gonna attract alot kf mice, rats and whatnot.

Why base your whole country/ economy on this stragedy if you dont have a good clean way to make electricity?? "Good an clean" is easily defined as NO coal an no nuclear. Don't forget climate friendlyand renewable being preferred. The popular belief is that solar is the preferred energy to charge fleets of electric cars but that natural gas is an acceptable alternative. California can go totally solar because of available while other areas that don't have that availability will suppliment with natural gas. Nautral gas is more climate friendly than fossil fuels or nuclear. https://www.britannica.com/science/natural-gas

Scientifically there is no such thing as "clean energy". You have to pay the piper at some point, it is just a choice of how you want to pay up. Clean energy is a political term at this point and something to use as propaganda to convince the masses to think in only one way. If we are being honest, with the development of Gen IV reactors, nuclear energy is probably the safest and "cleanest" energy source right now but that will never get passed the propaganda machine.
