Ironic that everyone is flipping out about a scotus opinion.. But nobody cares when a black man is publically assaulted.. And a DA refuses to press charges...whittles it down to some misdemeanor ticket with a fine.. Where is blm( oh right they illegally got funneled 60 million dollars), Where is the DOJ? Where is al sharpton or the new generation of sjw Fuck where is lebron..he got plenty of time on his hands Where is nike endorsed collin kapernick... Where are the school kids that left class to protest Funny how nobody is saying a word about the assault because the victim was... David chapelle.. Fuck funny how a black man can assault another black man live on tv before millions at the oscars.. And no charges are issued... You all want rule of law... But what good is law if the DA refuses to enforce it. So now it's open season of black males who voted for trump? Isnt this DA trying to silence black men? And even odder..where is the backlash on these DA? Why arent they recalled? The democrats are silent...blm is silent...there are no riots.. Where is the justice? Oh right...once again activist in our court system. This DA needs to be brought before a hearing and his law license needs to be revolked. You all worry about a stacked scotus...you should worry about stacked activist DA in this country. You could be the next to be be assaulted

I disagree... What is a verbal assault? I can use a racial slur and act racist to someone. That doesnt give them legal liberty to haul off and slug Me. My speeceh is protected...your fist arent. What good is having a law on the books if it isnt enforced. My point is the DA isnt doing their job and instead isnt upholding the law because david chapelle is a black republican. . The DA allowed this man to attack david without any real world penealty based on davids political leanings COME ON CUH..thats some nazi assed bullshit
