Stupidity of my bank...yeah this one really pissed me off See below |

So yeah...I got this email from the bank... And let me say nothing is " better" than a big company buying up all the little friendly local banks.. An email that said their fraud dept detected unusual activity on my account... A whole whopping 8.99 charge from amazon..a mazon digital I dont have an Amazon account but my roommate does. If I need to order something i use that account. I also keep my bank card in that A mazon accounts wallet. So i went to my bank and talked with this associate. She informed me if i dispute the charge then the bank's fraud debt will lock my card. So i figured fuck it...maybe my roommate clicked on the wrong cc when ordering a movie on Amazon. I didn't want my account locked...i rarely carry cash. So i said it was a legit charge.. My bank account was unlocked.. Get another notice Sunday night that fraud prevention blocked my card again because Amazon wanted to run the charge i approved.. And locked my account... Without notifying me,talking with me or getting my permission.. So it's back to the bank... Oh wait it's June end of slavery day and all the banks have off.. Yes the mother fucking bank locked my account and left me with no access to money... Over an 8.99 charge..that I now approved😠 And You'd think the bank this big would have some support staff i could talk to....like the fraud dept.. Nope those fucker had off too.. Lucky for me the outsourced portion of the bank that dealt with lost or stolen cards...from india...had to work.. Guess end of " slavery" doesnt apply to other people of color Mind you the same outsourced dept that previously had no access to account info... Now does??? Sooooo yeah im not gonna be a happy camper when i talk to the bank manager today. And what was sooo suspicious about my acct activity? That made the fraud dept lock my bank account... Well i supposively purchased from..insert face palm.... Amazon.. And i rarely do that.. At a fee of 8.99....that looks to be the cost of having Showtime added to the tv package Like did the Barney fifes of the world leave the police force and get into banking??,,

LOL I know it's frustrating. Years ago I was building a 4x4 truck and was purchasing a lot of things online. I had a 75 buck transaction flagged but the same day, they allowed a 3500 buck transaction. I asked why, I would think they would be more concerned about 3500 than 75.

To all of you who don't understand: 1. Most hackers when they get your credit card information will put through a small charge to amazon, home depot, some big box store or online retailer to test the card and transactions. If successful well they can the sleep on it and destroy you at their leisure. It happened to me a charge of .99 showed up on a home depot card before the fraud department could contact me the max of the card was charged buying tool halfway across the country from where I lived. You are gambling with not changing that card number if you are not sure where that charge came from. And there hasn't been an IT call center for an American company in the US since George Bush JR. That shit was out to India and Malaysia along time ago and no the end of slavery in America does not apply to other countries. That Juneteenth comment was just dumb shit, but you know your audience don't you.

yes, be careful cause we are A mazon Prime and master just said they have been sending out alerts warning people that some fraud is going on.

Bank claimed itwas mastercard shutting down my card..they are having a pissing contest w amazon. They said they are flagging amazon pyrchases that dont have a specific wording.. My charge read..amazon digital.. And was declined twice
