Now ofcourse judges/ scotus dont make laws.
They simply rule on laws.

But what good are judges, scotus, these rulings if DA,Governors publically come out and say we aren't prosecuting anyone that commits these " crimes".

DOJ chief garland,Governors have yet to arrest anyone that commits the federal crime of protesting in front of a scotus home/ intimating a federal judge.
Yet night after night people keep doing it

Certain Governors have said they arent prosecuting anyone seeking an abortion...despite the laws in their state.

Certain D.A refuse to prosecute certain crimes..like possession and other minor crimes

Certain cities refuse to even send the police unless the thief is over say a grand. So your car will be broken into.

So why do people fear the law if those in power refuse to enforce it..
And apparently nothing happens to these officials

What if every ruling by the scotus was ignored..like say the new epa decision or the football coach praying

Because SCOTUS is now being recognized as a political tool. Which ever party controls SCOTUS, gets what they want. This panel of justices, at least the conservative 6 are saying they know more than previous justices that made rulings these 6 disagree with. That's not a Justice system, that's biased. Look at History, when opinions are forced on the majority of the citizenship, you get dictatorships. America was founded by people fleeing England to be free of a government that persecuted them for Religious beliefs. We fought a Revolution because we wanted representation and then self rule as a Democracy. Currently, we have conservatives telling the populace how they HAVE to live and choose. DAs SHOULD take into consideration if the crime is WORTH the time and cost it takes to prosecute, go through the appeals process and whether the law is worth all that. DAs know the law too, even though they are no "Justices". They difference is the DAs work with these laws on a daily basis. The "Justices" take up a particular law once when they get on the bench and rely on their personal opinion from the past, their political bias and pressure from their party.

rondiri that is kind of like a President that writes EO's to enforce a political party's objective, a dictatorship. Anything that our government does to try to rule the land should require a majority rule, to prove that the people want it, since they do represent the people.

When you reward bad behavior you get more behavior.

Every crime is worth prosecuting as it is a deterrent.

Hoping someone steals less than $1,000 worth of your stuff multiple times.
