And where as I never claimed to be a body builder...or on steroids..

At 53..I think I'm fairly " good"..bodywise

I can bench my weight of 214 with the best of them..

But lift wrong and it all goes in the toilet..

I honestly wished more old heads would warn the young people about siactic pain..

And honestly I didn't experience until I was 52..

But when it first happened.. wtf..am I like 98??

And initially it would quickly go away...

This time around it lasted for a week..

Which is odd..I can still lift...

But that nerve isnt happy.

Just wait, I wake up every morning, wondering which joint will hurt or not work.

Life only gets better, and the fools in DC want to raise full benefits on Social Security to 70.

They don't care what they do. They do not have to use what you and I do. They pass laws that do not affect them at all but they do us. They can also get lifetime retirement for as little as two years work. They all need to be booted out on term limits.

Have you ever tried one of the nerve block injections? They work really well when the sciatic nerve flares up that bad. Mine is bad sometimes. The neurologist said mine is genetic. The nerve is not pinched but is kept inflamed from pressure. The gym really helps mine. Spent years in military service with it, still race motorcycles. I find the adrenaline rush racing keeps it tolerable all that day. Just fyi.....
