First off this isn't me playing politics... rather I'd want against anyone that thinks spending a trillion dollars is going to reduce inflation.. So let's look at what this bill does cover.. Wow...more money to pay the government budget Wow..more money for Ukraine..how many billions/ trillions is now.. Wow biden is forcing caps on prescriptions???on insulin.. Oh wait..that is only if your on medicade and that doesn't apply to first run drugs... Which I'm guessing first run drugs will increase in price to make up for the loss at the back end??? Taxes on wealthy companies making over a billion dollars? So I'm guessing more companies will either move overseas...or simply reduce labor or increase prices on their products Finally rebates for green energy...like wow..that is really gonna help a family living paycheck to paycheck.. Fuck i don't even have 7 grand in my checkbook.. But wait..biden will give you 7 grand of our tax dollars so some wealthy sob can now buy a 50-70 grand electric truck Saying when more people own electric vehicles..then the prices will come down.. We still give rebates to those that buy solar panels...and electric efficient appliances... And their prices never came down.. Why would car companies lower prices when the government is differently funneling them 7 grand of tax payers money... Just so rich people can buy expensive things... And how does any of this lower the cost of food...my Doritos are still 5 dollars a bag.. How does any of this lower the cost of heating oil,propane,the electric bill this winter. How does this insane spending do anything to lower inflation. And for a trillion...with a T...what did joe blow get out of it... And if the government does have this power to cap say drug prices...as they claim.. Then why not cap other prices like gas,oil,food.. I remember drunk uncle joe shaking his fist and declaring he is going after Big Meat... For daring to raise prices... And yeah....nothing's changed.. Joe is good at wearing sunglasses,sleeping and spending trillions.. Like Joe, despise Joe....doesn't matter to me.. A better question is do you really want to see him run again...can your family afford that... Like i said i make an okay middle class wage.. And i dont have 7 grand in savings.. But then bill gives rich people 7 grand in tax dollars...just to juice them to spend their own money on ridiculously overpriced tech. And some in the party still call themselves socialist..yet dont speak out... America we are a sad lot.. Corporate welfare? How about wealthy welfare?

You think trillions are bad now, wait till they get to quadrillion. For long-term reference, I believe it goes billion trillion quadrillion pentillion sextillion octillion nonillion decillion Here is a few small corrections to one of the replies. You are in welcome in advance. First, Conservative economists believe that this bill will help increase inflation. Inflation is not transitory. It is willfully ignorant to think otherwise. Second, the president is allowed to pick up the phone and call any house/senate member to talk on any spending bills at any point of the legislative process. The Bill on Capital Hill. One phone call and veto threat has significant influence. Civics 101. Willfully ignorant to think otherwise. Third, the central bank is not allowed set prices and control inflation. That is just a false statement. The consequences of legislation definitely has an impact on prices of everything. Especially energy. Civics 101. Willfully ignorant to think otherwise. This if fun. Fourth, corporations do hire people and consumers do buy crap they make/sell. Sounds like good things to me. Ignoring those facts would be willfully ignorant. Eh, it is still fun. Civics 101, we are Mixed Economy. There are socialist aspects and there are also capitalist aspects, and the capitalist aspects work better. I kind of like my money, therefore, I would like to keep my money. I used to like my healthcare plan, I wish I could have kept that, it was much cheaper than now. Europe is only light years ahead in debt and taxes. Have you ever been to London? Calling it light years ahead is just willfully ignorant. It is fun to correct people. Glad I could help. Huh? The bill literally is called the inflation reduction act. Joe biden is completely responsible for the content of this bill. He signs it into law. Not sure how giving billions to Ukraine or climate change helped the US economy ( alot of green tech is made in China or/ and by non union shops). This bill did lil to force down drug prices.,despite giving billions to the industry for covid vaxs,test,etc that really aren't that effective. Giving rich people tax dollars to prompt them to buy green.. Doesn't nothing to Lower the cost of the green tech. It's called corporate welfare...well this is fat cat welfare. I shouldn't be funding somonelses purchase..of 5o to 70,000 vehicle When most Americans are barely getting by. Your using tax dollars to foot the rich instead of using it to feed the poor and homeless This bill does nothing to Lower my food bill,my electric bill or my heating bill.. And you have the balls to call me ignorant... Your a blind sheep...this is beyond politics.. Open your eyes

I'd literally love anyone to point out to me...anything in this trillion dollar law... That will help anyone.. And someone may mention the price of insulin is gonna drop... Yeah only for medicade recipients... And honestly shouldnt the government use It's buying might to already reduce these sorta cost.. It works for walmart. Why is the government still paying an outrageous amount for x,y,z.. Oh wait..kickbacks and donations from big pharm So I'm waiting..one good thing from this bill... Hell name 1 thing in this bill that will lower inflation. A trillion down the shit hole... Do you really want joe Biden as your president
