My new workplace is like a home improvement show See below |

Let me preface this by saying...nope..I'm not a plumber,mechanic, doctor or whatever.. But I'm also not a corporate wanker that thinks they can take a 40?,50? Yr old..hell nobody knows preexisting structure... And then decide...hmm our staff is 99999.99 male... Our customer base is 99999999999.999 male.. Let's hire a woman and then give one of the only 2 bathrooms to her.. Meanwhile 7 dudes employees..with more to be hired in the future...plus customers share 1 toilet..osha allows 15 asses per toilet. So this boss plans to put in another toilet...maybe 300 ft away... Without any thoughts that the plumbers will have to cut through the concrete shop floor and probably go 4 to 6 feet deep..not sure where the frost line is??? To connect the new line to the existing sewage line. Then for the fun of it...it goes into a pit and gets pumped upwards...so he will need a bigger pump maybe. It reminds me of a home improvement show where the skinny,pretty white woman shops.. And then the hubby...er his crew of Latinos actually do the work and try to make these insane designs.. Somehow sorta work.. I'm not a plumber but.. Why not just expand the men's room/ add another toilet like 2 ft away/ on the existing line.. But hey..I'm just the driver.. It's like they are repurposing a storeroom for this woman's new office... And found black mold.. Instead of hiring a company to professional clean the room, they brought in their handiman...who just used some bleach.. ??? Meanwhile this small storeroom/ complete with door has a/c ,return air vents... And I'm guessing that mold is in those vents... Vents weren't cleaned by the way Thank God I will not be working in that small office. Then only the office has a/c...the shop doesnt....so this wanker thinks he will just extend the vents... Apparently he doesn't get the concept that you'll need a " bigger boat"...er a/c unit if you intend to cool a larger space... But hey..I'm just the driver.. It's like this new company has wanted a kc store/ this land for 6 yrs.. And when they finally got it??? Have no clue how things like plumbing actually work. Then the kicker... They plan on building a plant on this land..have like 40 employees eventually... On the same sewage lines designed for 2 toilets..and probably 40-50? Years old easily

If they have black mold there, I'd be looking for someplace else to work
