And it doesn't matter if he is the noob janitor or the middle level manager with 30 yrs in.. There always is that guy..the control freak that has to manipulate his environment to suit him.. And fuck anyone else...for 20 yrs the yellow forms were in the left drawer.. Now? This prick comes in and moves them to the filing cabinet...???? Why? Cause control freak wanted it that way.. And I I'm willing to work with someone..I'm willing to give in slightly.. And maybe this explains why I h word bob.. I like things left where they have always been. Bob likes getting on his phone and thinks he is moving mountains Nothing worse than a guy that rearranges shit to the point where the employees can't find anything.. And then he quits . ( I wish Bob would quit) Bob ordered up an expensive fuel pump for the truck...it is gas..6.4 cummings engine..the parts place sent him a pump for the diesel 6.7... And the mechanic thought he could " make it work".. I wish I was gaslighting you about bob....the companies " go to" fleet manager when it comes to trucks and all things dot related.. The man doesn't even know which engine the truck has.. But still want to be the big shot and orders up a pump that fits a diesel..??? Bro it's a 6.4..not a 6.7 engine I'm not a mechanic..more importantly I'm not their mechanic... But omg..I know the Fucking difference between a 2012 diesel and a 2014 gas dodge 5500 Cummings engine. Like stop the cap.. I'm so tired of the short guy syndrome... You literally ordered the wrong after market part.. And then let a mechanic install it anyway.. But hey..it's just a fuel pump...He thinks he can make it work... Fuck bro..I'm not a mechanic...how about we try getting the fight part first

And I'm not saying I'm an expert... But fuck me..I have 20 yrs in the industry, I have like a legit million miles driven... I'm not a cocky m fer that thinks he should be running the show.. But yeah..I should be middle management.. Like am I working for a clown show... Who orders the wrong part..? And this guy is a.. Fleet manager???

That's why they certain point this truck driver bought his own truck. Granted there was a whole another set of issues to be dealt with of being responsible for things that I didn't have to be responsible for before but the wrong parts were ordered it was my fault. I made a point to be very careful about that because if the parts were wrong and the truck was torn apart on Friday and could not be put back together because of wrong parts on Monday I didn't work and how do I explain that my trailer is sitting in my front yard with a load on it that I cannot deliver that has an appointment delivery

And this would be different if we were 1 shop..mom and pop. But after the buyout They have 12 Fucking stores.. And this fleet manager allows a mechanic to just put a diesel pump into a gas truck.. Cause..Why not
