 So yeah work bought the employees pizza...

And being the driver...well I'm left with...

Whatever is left over..

Which wasn't a tragedy..really..

Nothing worse than bad pizza..

In this case...

Shitty dough...

A lil insiders tip....if the shop is slow, the dough will sit around and raises too much..

If the shop is busy...chances are the dough didn't have enough time to rise...

And yes most dough is frozen..

If you can't make great dough...then why are you selling

 It is amazing what passes for pizza . Much of the meat toppings come from the freezer and the cheese and sauce is always a bulk item for the shop. If you find a place that makes it own pizza dough and sauce you have a local gem. Support that place and avoid the chain places
