i used to visit this site somewhere around twenty years ago, it was 180 degrees different from what it is now.. now when you dont have a paid account, it is like wearing a straight jacket. this site is riddled with pro romance scammers. bcom is now synonymous with sewer pipe.

Over the years so much has changed, they say that change is constant, and it seems to be, sadly the constant changes here, are never good ones. the site seems determined to self destruct. After seeing their price changes here, I'm sure that even more will be less interested in what happens here.

I was going to say a little bit of this and that, but honestly, I haven't MET a real submissive in person, IM system sucks, CAMS are mostly guys and the same women over and over, Chat rooms are usually empty, and the messaging system isn't worth much if all you are messaging with are scammers and fakes. BLOGS FOR THE WIN! At least the people are real, and the consistent bloggers and repliers are real and knowledgeable.

I check my notifications (empty the past few days except for the popup tags in the lower right), hot list changes, new flirts, and new views, but not much else. Earning points takes too long - I rarely have enough to become the 'top fan' of anyone that has messaged me and, when I do, either there's no reply or they out themselves as fake or a gold digger rather quickly. As for visit/viewed profile counts, I think they include hovering over the profile in a list long enough to display the brief popup abbreviated profile as a "view".

I kike reading the blogs here. I do searches pretty regularly, as for messaging, I agree with above. All fakes and giftcard scammers. I was also a member here 20 years ago and then I actually connected with real people.

Yeah, it's barely worth having a paid account - but that's why I only do the silver membership, not the gold. I think, over the years, about the only thing that has changed is the amount of scammers/fakes. I've had some interactions with several people, but sometimes I end up being ghosted, or the logistics of getting together don't work out. It amazes that the "standard member scammer" is able to send e-mails - why doesn't Alt/Magnolia Blossom just drop the pretense, and give everyone e-mail access, regardless of membership level? Either that, or strengthen their systems so that the scammers can't find the loophole that allows them to send e-mail. I mean, with the scammers being able to do stuff for free, it really devalues what us paying members get out of the site. I looked up on the Better Business Bureau's website to see if any complaints had been lodged against Magnolia Blossom, but nothing came up (in fact, the BBB couldn't even find a listing for Magnolia Blossom).

Once apon a time i did go and visit the chatrooms. The last time i visited such a room, years ago, they were discussing wildflowers in their garden....  Sure, there is daily living going on, everyday.. BUT i did expected something more indepth.... It was thát or people biting each others troat because of differences in experiencing SM in a relation... (not just as some random kinky fuckery with totall strangers) NOw i have some favorite blog persons i like to read and sometimes give reactions on.... It once, was a pretty decent site... But now? As someone said, there is not much of an alternative. bdsm.com is the same shite, a lot of scammers, hetero men, who think submissive means; easy lay... = sex, and on and on... It is sad, very sad for the genuine dominants/ sadists, submissives and slaves.. Thanks for this questionaire!

i have a Blog with pics of me (i wish they were "action pics" - Any volunteers?) and "hidden messages." Also, i belong to a few groups. On rare occasions i broadcast my web cam. Lately, i have found a couple of Men (you know who you are) who have interesting Blogs that i sometimes comment on. But mostly i look at pictures of handsome men and wish they lived nearby. However, i have a question for you, "Why post the picture of a MUCH younger you?" The older version is SO much better looking and you obviously are not trying to trick us into thinking that you still look like that. Because i have no interest in Men who post pics of their 30 y/o selves when they are in their 50's. False advertising = fake news.  My "gurl name" is Kate Coxuker. It is who i am and what i do.

20 posts View my blog 7/30/2022 10:21 pm Add a comment Quote | Respond i have actually took the time to study the various romance scams that operate around the world.. some of them are really unbelievable.. i watched a youtube video about a lady in her 70's, she fell in love with a pic of a handsome military man's picture... the first money she wired to him was $10k. oh my gawd. by the time he was done with her, she had sent almost $500k. the great majority of the romance scams are operated by men from ghana and nigeria, and they have women availablet to make an occasional video or phone call just to make it seem legit. another guy, pushing 60 years old.. he fell for a cute african girl.. he was sending $500 and then $500 and then $500, and then he stopped paying his mortgage payments.. and then he took out credit cards in his son's name... he bankrupted his son.. when he finally reached the point where he really had no more money to send to her, she hung up on him and blocked him.. and then he went and sat on a park bench and put a bullet in his brain. i will tell you my straight up opinion of this site... it is dominated by a bunch of man hating lesbians that shove rubber balls into very old men's mouths and then they ass fuck them with a strap on and they romance scam them all the way to the bank. i am an experienced criminal that has spent time with the very very top of the mafia in my younger days... i have had private sit-downs with men as big as pablo escobar. i have walked into a room before with three professionals that were carrying sawed offs and machetes and pistols, all of them on my payroll and i wasnt carrying so much as a butter knife. i have taken down banks for $50k so many times that i cant remember, using a pen and a telephone. that was all thirty years ago. my point is that i have a brief understanding of the criminal element somewhat and so when i say that it is my gut feeling that this site is geared towards the operating of scams, maybe i am right. in closing, i should say that i have known two friends that operate some really gnarly dungeons and i have been invited, if i would ride there in the trunk of a car. fuck that.. i might end up on the menu. hey, somebody up above commented that submissives arent just for easy sex, lol... bullshit, yes they are. good evening.

riderman, As far as i know, the chatrooms nowadays, are more about sex/ porn talk, mixed with some rude behaviour / demands, and kinky stupidity.... But i could be wrong!

Thank you, ARomanticSadist, I am not that regular on line anymore, and search the blogs for the peoples blog i love to read. Yours is one of them. So, please keep on writing. I believe more and more, that the Dominants/Sadists, all left the building. That is why i consider going on a vanilla dating site.... Maybe there i can find someone near my place of residence, and not at the other end of the planet... And someone who wants more then just the kinky fuckery, everonce in a while, he has an itch.

When i scroll over the thumbnail icon that appears on all of your posts, the pop-up box shows two pictures. One of a handsome mature Man that i wish lived nearby and one of a much younger man (darker hair and tighter skin) who does not appeal to me as much. i am pretty sure both are you. I've been on ALT for about a year. I'm a paying member until 8/2/2022. I'm not renewing because it's been a waste of time and money. I rarely get responses. Of them, nothing came of them. I think there are areas where they could improve, but I'm not paying anything more until I see improvement.

I estimate > 90% of the profiles are fake, catfishing or just scammers. I've yet to figure out how to get the most from this site.

I've been on ALT in different entities for many years. I find it has gone down hill but in saying that, the forced participation eg; blogs, this page and as I'm doing now having my say. It might only be to get points but it seems to separate the real from the fake.
