[Sorry, I forget the author.] Years ago ,when I was working on my PhD in economics, I could walk 3 blocks to my classes. One morning, a disheveled man approached me, asked if I had any spare change. I could have given him the change in my pocket but, instead, I reached into my wallet and gave him a five dollar bill that I really didn’t need. I could smell by his breath that he was wino (probably homeless) and I was quite sure that, as soon as the liquor stores opened up, he’d be right there. So why did I give him the $5...? So I could lay my head on my pillow that night and sleep peacefully, knowing that another human being had asked me for help and I did the best I could.

No trouble. I used the word requests. Besides, it is my view, submissives have every right to request anything. Does not mean they will get it, when they want or the way they detailed it. They might not get it at all. But you know to begin with, a submissive who gives herself over to a dominat, does have a quid pro quo to use the current word of the month.
