Just What Is Evil...... Just What Is Evil...... Ask 10 people and you will likely get 10 somewhat different answers..... Asked down through the ages the answer would have changed to what was considered evil at that point in time. Everyone has a different perception of evil as it pertains to them. Just as they do for the opposite word good or the words love and hat*. |

There are lots of perceptions of what is evil..... As an old phrase that has been used in other areas of life says when asked what is evil: "I know it when I see it." But do we? Has evil changed any over the past centuries? What are YOUR perceptions of evil........

in today's climate, evil is anyone who doesn't agree with you. I guess we need to define "good". I think good would start with "protect the children and innocents" then it's cultural from that point.

Just What Is Evil...... There is a demonic nature that occurs when one persons will Dominants another in a way that pushes and goes against the barriers of accepted social behavior. But evil . . actually is not something real. . Evil is simply an absence of decency and good . . There is a long-standing belief that both good and evil exist within each of us . . The Cherokee would tell you, the one that prevails depends on the one you feed, while in the far east . . they would say, it depends on what we sow within our consciousness. What you seek after all, is seeking you.

Biology! At least start there, and get an understanding of how the microbe world works. When you look at viruses and shit you get a sense of how cutthroat and merciless life is. If the Universe had evolved without getting into lifeforms then we may say it does not contain any any evil ! So we're dealing with sociological events on the larger Biological level perhaps. But who wants that? Who enabled that? The great enabler perhaps so stories could be acted out. So we could have thought provoking outcomes and give "thrills" when a plan comes together to defeat evil. So the motives behind doing good or evil are shadowy at best. We don't posses the whole gammet of information needed to come to a comprehensive understanding about good or evil. So there we have it, asking the right questions before our heads are muddled by complications. And if you decided that you wanted out, then is that even possible. Does the spirit always get tossed into the deep end, never winning the game, but playing the role of the downtrodden loser forever. That's why your so good at losing. You've had plenty of practice and are extremely good at it. Imagine my surprise when I found out that my opinion actually mattered!

That's why there have been so many wars fought over religious beliefs. One man's good is another man's evil. And neither man will let the other live in peace with his beliefs.
