In the last 50 years there were only four years that have had balanced budgets: 1998, 1999, and 2000 under Bill Clinton; and 2001 under George W. Bush. Three years under a Democratic guiding hand and one year under a Republican. However, that Republican name requires an asterisk. When Clinton left office in 2001 he recorded a $128.2 Billion dollar surplus as a gift to Bush, who let us be kind and just say he failed to sustain the streak past 2001. WTF are you talking about? Catch up on some historical facts before you act the fool! The right-wing fictitious narrative that Republicans handle the economy better than Democrats is as bogus as a diploma from tRUMP University. To use a Mitt Romney expression from 2016 to show how fair and balanced I am.
