I've seen those monsters and for awhile they had the upper hand. Some very wonderful people surrounded me with love and the monsters are in the rear view mirror.

Sometimes my monsters are in my head they are the black messages that I play to myself. Other times they are the ones that we encounter and in those cases we must move past them and continue on our journey. Hugs L

Life is a spiral staircase where the keep meeting the monstors as we ascend upwards to meet our higher self. Letting go a little at at time untill we forgive them because we love oiurselves and let it go. Everyone is here to teach us lessons, some are harder than others. No one deserves some of the monstors we have encountered, but our strength lies in letting them go so we may ascend to a higher frequency.

We make our own monster, then fear them, because of what they show us about ourselves.

Monsters are hidden everywhere even in plain sight.
