My old home is right on the edge of it if not gone already. The first house I built is half a mile North of the fire and in danger too. We moved from that one due to the fires, 3 in one year that came close. Had slurry up the driveway to the porch once.

I think that Mother Earth has just about had it with the human race. She's been poisoned, destroyed and abused for too long and she is attacking us. She will eventually throw us off her back like a shaking dog shedding dead fleas.

I have been on the climate change worry wagon for a long time. Our current President and many of his supporters just want to keep on using Earth and its resources without regard to sustainability. Some don't care because they think the Rapture is coming. It is, but not in they way they think it is. They are gonna suffer or at least their children will.

Good to hear that there are Americans concerned about climate change.
Although I always knew they were.
It's just that in the UK, & other places I guess, it's easy to get the impression that no one there believes in it.

As a non American I feel it's not my place to coment on your election. However, if someone appoints a judge, which then unbalances that court, which means climate change legislation doesn't even get debated.
Well you can see how on such a global issue, this has concerns for people outside America.

It is a scary thing and we all need to wake up before it's all gone. Here, in the south we are on our 26th named tropical storm.....God help us all.

Fires are not good, but the severity of them can be lessened!! What do you thing would happen when they stopped cleaning up the forest's??? Selective logging and keeping fire breaks and roads open!!! Being in a drought cycle you think the politicians would wake up and take action how they can. and not lay blame on a president in office for under four years.... Takes more that that to change the climate!!!!!
