They never give repoints. I've had 16 points since October, but that's okay chat is just here to use your points and return nothing.

i agree whole heartedly Miss or to return to 30 free message per day would be nice with points returned of course

Most of the accounts here are bogus in the first place. Look for folks who are active in blogs or in chat rooms. But still be careful, there are a heck of a lot of artful dodgers. "One Big Sky Covers Us All Equally"
