alt not allowing you to quit

I have been trying turn off my auto-renew for a couple of days, and each time I get a silly error message:

Sorry, no survey for sid=38

So I can not stop this site from re-billling , and they want write them via snail . What is this 1920?

Typical of the grabbing people who run alt these days.

Guess the only solution is delete the whole account just before it is set auto-renew.
So months and counting...

Oh am I bet they take this down soon, so get it whilst it is hot!

 If the auto renew feature cannot be turned off, change the payment info so it will turn it off. You do want it turned off?

 Yes the AUTO RENEW feature seems to be some kind of TRICK ...Turn it OFF and unless you check it daily IT turns itself back ON

 I change the name on my card details to something that isn't my name. Then if they try to take a payment it will fail. I know this works because they send me a message saying the payment failed. I also edit the number to a previous/expired card number.

Equally, by doing this, if personal data is stolen they don't have usable information.
