same old, same old

I have seen people take pictures from elsewhere and use them on their profiles, some to deceive (fail - reverse image search finds them very quickly) and some to enhance their message openly and honestly.

But today I saw something that is new to me; almost identical profiles. Same picture, same basic info just the location changed and of course the names.

Is this a new trend by the fakes and scammers?

Anybody else seen this?

It does seem to be a trend lately. I have reported these scams nearly everyday for the last month or so. They are usually skype scammers.
