If your brain is already critical of yourself a look in the mirror will usually lead to displeasure. I'm not metrically minded but Alexa tells me 2 kilograms is 4.7 pounds. That doesn't seem like a lot in 2 1/2 months.

But if determined to be hard on yourself, you can always start a targeted exercise regimen.

When in certain age things easily slip from where they should be. So is with my kilograms. If I keep gaining kilogram per month in a few months that would be a lot for my height which is just 166 cm...
I shall cut sweets and go back to more healthy ways... in a few weeks I should be okay... exercising was never my thing... I am just too lazy for that

OK, I won't send you the brownies I just made. My craving for sweets and salty things comes and goes. Not sure what triggers it. But I pretty much have not used much salt, but those craving do sneak up on me from time to time. Same for sweet things (other than sweet ladies like you). I do like dark chocolate. Not big on ice cream other than once or twice a year; usually on very hot days in the Summer. I tend to grab cookies when I get those craving or carrot cake with no frosting.

I just love a good ice cream in hot Summer days, DD... and I have a great recipe for muffins with dark chocolate and fruits, best with added oranges as they go along well with dark chocolate... yummyyy

Hi Ex💋.... Most guys don't like super skinny females they like curves and you got it going on, girlfriend❤️❤️❤️

ExNameForUse replies on 3/17/2023 5:25 am:
Darling Brandy, there is no chance I could ever reach a skinny stage, so all good.. curves are there, going no where
As my man says... do what you think is best just keep the handful of my girlies untouched
So no major interventuon, just a 2, 3 kg

Per Google, 1 kilogram = 2.20462 pounds for those of us not on the metric system. That's approximately 4.41 pounds .... If you can notice that small amount of weight added to your body, you've got a good eye!

Yeah .... I'd bet your not splitting out your pants when you bend over, are you?

On the bright side, Spring is just a few days away, as is nicer weather. Given you like to go for walks, I'm sure you'll have that enormous amount of extra weight walked off soon.

I agree ... Walking is the way to go. Take in the sights, do some people watching and refrain from stopping at too many shops that sell sweets. You got this!

Of course I have a good eye
Especially for candies and sweets in my grocery shop

But the truth is that on my 166cm every extra kg can be noticed... will go back to my walks and cut the sweets and there you go... all Spring and Summer dresses shall be worn in coming months with full confidence

Personally, I don't trust those who do not take pleasure in good food. It is one of life's true pleasures.
On the other hand, if you simply lack discipline in your eating/snacking, perhaps you need a Discipline Lifecoach, willing to provide positive - or negative- feedback as appropriate.

ExNameForUse replies on 3/17/2023 8:17 am:
I need no one else to discipline me, positively or negatively.
I am enough.

It really is the simple truth, Jenny.
