I presume some of you may roll your eyes seeing the title of this blog, as I keep posting about this topic (as well some others), from time to time... The way I see it, it is a reminder for those who already know and have been through this kind of roller-coaster, and maybe will help others who are currently in need on that roller-coaster... So, keep rolling your eyes  , I shall keep posting occasionally about this , and we can all try and be happy and stay safe and sound, along the way, my friends. Repetitio mater studiorum est.

I totally agree with you. There are many bloggers on ALT.com who employ these practices. Not always in the kinky sense ... look at the political bloggers. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Dear Ex💋... How interesting this topic is thank you❤️.... My current boyfriend is a manipulator displaying many of the traits you describe. However in my case I'm aware of it I like it from him and I'm allowing it to happen. Fortunately I've been around and HE doesn't know it but HE doesn't have the total control HE thinks HE has over me. Thus if the rug is ever pulled out from under me-trust me I can handle it... Ha☺️

Great blog! Again! Ex. I dont allways have the words, to explain what i feel or how someone makes me feell, BUT, i allways knów, when things like this is happening. And i will run very hard in the opposite direction.. Maybe because of my lack of a decent upbringing, being manipulated by a borderline personality disorder person, it makes the hairs on the back of my neck itch, when in such company, And, i will remove myself from such persons. My instinct is still very much intact. thank you, it is exactly as these patterns.

at different times in our lives we become vulnerable in different ways.

Very interesting blog ExName, not only relevant from the lifestyles pint of view but our daily life in general as well. In My opinion things are better when there is no manipulation involved. Even though I try not to be manipulative, but am forced to look at My own actions and behavior and self evaluate Myself.
