Our dear friend LightHouse inspired me yesterday to post this although there was a whole series on this topic in my blogs department some time ago... still, the more we read, the more knowledge we can gain, hence more aware and prepared and able to recognize the pattern... and then run away as fast as we can.

agreed good post I’ve run across some toxic people in my life l always felt peace after l cut them out

They are very well spread all around... it is inevitable to meet them but also learning about them could spare us from being used and abused, and the agony that comes along... it is why I shared before, and now again some articles on this topic...

A spot-on description of this noxious personality.

I consider myself fortunate because somehow I can spot these people quite easily. It is as if I was born with this as a highly tuned extra-sensory perception.

That prayer sounds more like a testimony given when a Narcissist is in a courtroom and takes the stand in their own defense.
Whoever might I be referring to?

I love these writings about Narcistic personality Disorder.
There is no cure!
You cant win, ever!!
Just cut them out.
They always try to f&ck with your brain, even when you knów you are right and they/ he, she is wrong!!

It is maddening, to try to agrue with a narcistic person.

Oh no... no arguing with them... it is just a never-ending cycle where they keep spinning you around the truth avoiding responsibility, belittling your feelings, etc. .... so the only way is actually to run away
