 Being healthy and the best person you can be is , good for yourself. Because one can't be in a relationship were you don;t take care of yourself. Same for any possible partner. If hey don't have their head on right and care about themselves. How can they best take care of another person in a relationship.

 I am happy for you, that you passed all the medical tests....

The thing is, the whole medical world is based on The Man as the model/standard.

They, over the years, never studied any women, and her cyclus, for example.
The talk is, that they found that "too difficult'.....
And, thank you! amp;

I am happy, you take good care of yourself, mentally and physcially.

A few of my colleagues were diagnosed with serious issues after those med exams where the blood tests showed some problems going on... so there is always a bit of discomfort when you go there as you don't know what will be the results, and when you finally got all the reports and see that all is well it is a kind of a relief.
I have tried my best to take care of myself, over the last year more so ever mentally and emotionally, but physically as well... so far, so good ...😘

For me it was very hard...and still struggle at times... but I try to put it in the simplest possible way - I live alone, so if I am not good, there is no one to take care of me... so... Ex, be good and take of yourself without hesitation... me talking to myself
