As someone said, coming to terms with the fact that they knew exactly what they were doing the whole time is the most difficult thing to accept.

The thing is, most girl children are learned to not listen to that instinct voice, anymore

"you should be nice, to that uncle, niece, neighbour, you dont like"
"you always have to be polite, to others...and so on...

That part of upbringing is soo terrible bad and wrong, too.
While, you, knów, this is wrong... you are forced to "be polite" and "act nice"...

it is especially something, that is"learned" to girls.... alas.....

This is so true Rosa... and it takes, again back to - awareness, to break that pattern, change the algorithm, and do things your way listening to your inner voice... hard work indeed...

"Trust your gut." has been a popular expression for a long, long time.

While logic and reason can help make decisions when all relevant facts are gathered, that is not always the case. Emotions can cloud our judgment too easily, lead us to rationalize situations and develop excuses that blind us from the truth.

The gut, on the other hand, can pick up nonverbal cues and inconsistencies, alerting you that something ain't right. That red blinking light you refer to is that intuitive feeling clearing away that emotional cloud like an unmuddied lake. imho

It was how my journey went... from a muddied lake and emotional cloud over it leading to red blinking lights signaling something ain't right as the inconsistency took place too many times while gathering all relevant facts and reasons that will get me to the rational logical point of making a decision that my well being is far more important than anyone lies...
So, a big yes to TRUST YOUR GUT!

I sure remember that time when I should have trusted my gut but my heart was so involved. We must trust our instincts no matter how hard it may be.

It is that emotional cloud that can cause foggy view and misconception of whats being said or done... I wish we all learned earlier in our lives to trust ourselves and what our intuition is trying to warn us about...

I always tell folks, that gut feelings, intuition, questions/doubt about anyone is your subconscious picking up signs, Don't ignore them. They are 99-44/100 % correct.
And as a side note, I received a small package today. It light up my life. My intuition about you is spot on correct. You are a precious gem.

Ex

The cartoon says it perfectly!

Yes, our instincts are usually correct!

BDD, I hope you will never be burnt again... I cant tell a thing by someone eyes, but only by the whole body posture, and the way someone is presenting both verbaly and nonverbaly their story... so easy to pick up all the red flags and signs...
