It is hard to accept certain things.

I've had those few times when I just had to surrender to the fact that things were done......nothing I could or would do would bring upon a change. It wasn't easy but acceptance saved me and allowed me to move on.

Some equate acceptance with surrender. I disagree. I consider it acknowledging that some things are beyond (our) control. Maybe a matter of semantics to some, but not imho. Be well, May you find that for which you search and get what you deserve. Mojo

I agree as long as acceptance is not rationalization.

Acceptance is not always easy. But you have the control to either accept what is, or change it.

That is so true! Took a lot of years to face something in my past. Once I did, I opened my eyes and mind and accepted truths I had denied and have been learning ever since!

our perceptions are usually different then what the reality is we perceive believe or want it to be…as long as l remain myself I’m perfectly fine! big squeeze Ex have a wonderful week gorgeous l might get to finally eat this week!
