Yes, very known path... Social on the outside, with co workers, friends, even. Glad to be home... just breathing, coking, cleaning, till the next day.....

Need to add to your existing list of daily "what to do" things. Captain, It is Your life to live. You steer your own boat. Something everyone needs to remember

You can fool those at work /school with your smiles and laughs. But your house has mirrors that do not lie and those thoughts never stop as you sit quietly doing little to nothing. The room always gets darker as you approach bedtime and the crying begins anew. As likeithot19 comments, now is the time to chart a new course.

yes. when i feel like that i like to look at picture books. just thumb through the pages. they could be photo books or children's books. just pictures to get the mind focused elsewhere. even then it can be hard to engage.

I don't want to be presumptuous or make any erroneous assumptions, but I get the impression you're referring to yourself. I have gotten that 'vibe' for a long time now from the subjects of your blogs and your writing therein. If we're wrong, tie us to a tree in the forest .... pour honey over us and let the ants eat us alive. Either that or severely chastise us with words. If we're right, I hope you're able to seek professional help in getting you through and out of this. Make Women Female Again
