COMPLICATED DAY
I HAVE NOT TIME FOR WRITE IN MY BLOG TODAY
I HAVE HAD A VERY COMPLICATED DAY
SO BUSY
AND MY BACK HURTS
BECAUSE I FELL LIKE 2 YEARS AGO IN A BEACH MOTEL
AND I BROKE 2 DISKS IN MY SPINAL CORD
SO
TODAY I FEEL IN PAIN TO DEATH
AND ITS NOT A PLEASURE PAIN AT ALL
KISS THE FLOOR WHERE I WILL BE STAND AND I SHALL SEE U SOON

i need a surgery and the fuckin orthopedic do not want
to perfom any surgery and im thinkin in sue those bastards

the stupid thing i did was not to sue the beach motel where i fell,
because the floor was wet and slipery but i did not call the rescue or did a report overthere in the motel,so, i have not case, i was with family and friends having fun on the beach and pool and i was pretty
drunk and having so much fun than i refused to call the rescue and later the pain was terrible and i went to the orthopedic and he did a MRI to me and found out i have 2 broken disks |

i think my recover is gonna be when i sue those surgeons than are
refusing to do surgery and yes, i was in therapy and i felt some relief
and now im trying to do yoga, to help to discompres my disks |

I follow your blogs, you are a brave and brave girl! Our stories are similar, I also had a bad father and now I have a sick spine. For me it's not the bones but the soft tissues. I should report if I get incontinent, what a shitty fate! Be brave and go your own way, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and won't let you get down !!! You are very refreshing!

yes i had a problem in one of my posts where i was talkin about how much i love writing since i was a child and a moron dude told me
than i have not talent with my grammar and english are terrible,
there is a lot of fuckin bad people around us, i wont go to let anybody to put me down, i told him he was wasting time doing that to me, and i told him, i write all my novels in my first language; spanish, ESPANOL!

A heating pad works for me. Takes away the worst of the pain.

YES i use heating pads and cold pads , the main problem for me
its i cannot use strong pain killers because i take 3 narcotics meds
from my pshychiatric and they dont let me take vicodin or NORCO OR TRAMADOL, THATS THE PROBLEM
, I ONLY CAN TAKE MOTRIN, ADVILS AND TYLENOL AND THOSE DO NOTHING TO ME
IM PRACTICING YOGA, AN EASY YOGA TO DESCOMPRESS MY DISKS AND ITS GOING PRETTY GOOD, THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE WEEKEND
