To edit or not to edit I posted a little story for memorial day, that I had writen. Alt denied it on the basis of "hate/weapons/under age." Well there was no reference to anything under age. It was a historical story set during the 1939 - 1945 conflict, (which was why it was pertinant to memorial day). I did mention the sort of aircraft which is known by the name connecting with it droping items. So yeah, that is a weapon. (And Alt mentions knife play on their kinks list, which is also a weapon). The story did use the word "hatred," which it would be understandable for the crew of said aircraft to feel when mixing with the population of the cities & towns that only weeks before they had been carrying out missions over. It was a historical story set in the time of major conflict. At no time did I promote the use of weapons or hate. So will I edit it? I doubt it, as it would fundmentally change the piece. |

They see a word, it's on the no no list, so BOOM, it's automatic. It's ridiculous, but the pin heads tasked with the job, probably wouldn't know what context means

Sorry your post got denied Dave. I didn't get a chance to see. Mine also got denied for the same crazy reason. Many hours after it was posted. Doesn't make any sense at all...  ~ Physical strength is measured by what we carry. Inner strength is measured by what we can bear. ~

I had a comment denied. "This should be interesting" was deemed verboten. I think sometimes, for whatever their reasons may be, some busybody will report you for posting something seen as not in line with the terms of service and the site enforcers automatically censor you, without checking. I hope this reply doesn't cause you any problems with the local you know whos. If so, delete it.

If it gets censored I guess you have to edit it in order for it to be seen.
