 First of all, it's Dominant. Dominate is a verb.

Secondly, to say a Dominant Mistress is redundant. A Mistress, by definition, is a Dominant.

 They can demand whatever it is they wish.... it is then up to you to determine if you wish to send it or not.
Having said that, if you are serious about finding a Mistress and establishing some level of a relationship, I would say any *Mistress* that *demands* money to just meet or before meeting... are not looking for the same thing you are.
