My rules- after my first blog hopefully this one will appear to be much better we shall see. Rule 1. Daily communication is required of me in form or the other . It can be text phone call or written word. Most times it is a combination of all three. If I should fail to communicate daily punishment will be forthcoming. Rule 2 once a week it will write a handwritten to letter Sir telling him of my inner thoughts that week both good and bad. I will mail it from the closet mailbox to my postoffice. For that I will be dressed in either a skirt or dress no longer then mid knee. I will also be wearing a thong for this. When driving there my skirt or dress must be pulled up so I do not sit on it. My bare ass is to be on the car seat. It is up to me whether or not I prewarm the car. The above driving rule also is for anytime it is driving. Rule 3 I'm to wear only skirts or dresses I'm only allowed to wear pants once a week to work . If I do I must wear a thong underneath them. Rule 4 everyday I must rise shower dress fix my hair and makeup and be in Sirs words the beautiful creature I am. Not the depressive blob I allowed myself to become after my divorce. This is rule is everyday not just work days. Rule 5 my body belongs to Sir I'm not to sexually touch any part of it without seeking his permission first. Rule 6 I am to be the best me I can be well at work I am to also make at least one coworker smile daily preferably one who maybe having a hard day. I am to do this no matter how rough my own day maybe. Failure to do so is met with punishment when I get home..this happened once so far well I did do my best I did not make anyone smile. My punishment was immediately served upon my arrival at home. I stripped down to only my thong and high heel shoes. I then had to stand tightly against the wall my face , nose mainly , as well as my tits had to be in constant touch of the wall if for any reason they were not my punishment would start over. This was a taxing punishment its not easy standing still in high heels without moving. My feet hurt like hell after but a lesson was learned. Rule 7 when at home and communicating with Sir I am to be seated no panties legs spread my cunt is to be open for view regardless if he is there to see it or not. Rule 8 I'm to only refer to my sexual parts as tits cunt and ass I'm not allowed to call them bum breasts or pussy or another term. This will make for an interesting talk with my gyno and his nurse. Lol Rule 9 at no time from this point forward will I ever refer to myself as worthless or a failure. Those are my rules for now. I have found them to be effective on me. I'm no longer the hapless person I was before. I look forward to each day now and Sirs continuing training and teaching of his pet. Wantonone77
